Exchange & Return Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all purchases made from Blooms Vogue. By placing an order through our website or other official sales channels, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms stated below.

Blooms Vogue is a ladies suiting brand offering unstitched and stitched apparel. All products displayed are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.

Product colours may appear slightly different due to photographic lighting, fabric dye variations, and individual screen settings. Measurements provided for stitched garments are approximate and may vary marginally.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully verified or, in the case of cash on delivery, once the order has been formally confirmed by our system. Blooms Vogue reserves the right to cancel or decline any order due to stock limitations, pricing discrepancies, or suspected misuse of services.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated separately and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between three to seven working days; however, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances remain beyond our control.

For cash on delivery orders, customers are required to pay the full invoice amount at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of parcels without valid justification may result in limitations on future purchasing privileges.

All intellectual property associated with Blooms Vogue, including designs, imagery, logos, written content, and brand identity elements, remains the exclusive property of the brand. Any unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


Blooms Vogue maintains a strict no-cash-refund policy. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, personal preference, colour variation, or design selection.

Exchanges are considered only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests for exchange must be submitted within forty-eight hours of receipt, along with clear photographic or video evidence for verification purposes.

Items submitted for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Sale items, discounted merchandise, and customised or stitched orders are not eligible for exchange.

Where an exchange is approved due to an error on the part of Blooms Vogue, customers may opt to receive an alternative item of equivalent value or a store credit for the amount paid. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Store credit issued by Blooms Vogue is valid for sixty days from the date of issuance, is non-transferable, and may be redeemed only once against available merchandise.

Customers seeking support must contact Blooms Vogue through official communication channels and provide their order reference number. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue arises due to a processing error on our part.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: customised or stitched garments, sale or clearance items, and products returned without original tags or packaging.
